𡗗 peng character component

𡗗 most often this character component is a pair of human hands  lifting up or grasping a fertile spring shoot or alternatively a masterly person a 大 士. 

We see it fairly often most notably in spring 春 which is the idea of hands holding up the spring shoot as the sun rises. It also appears in Offering奉Tribute 泰peace

 

In Japanese kanji it is seen as 3 三 persons 人  which is persuasive for we had the grand master 大,士  in the top and middle with two hands beside him making perhaps 3 people in total.
