Rat in English means: traitor, betrayer.
"Juice" in English is slang for interest. 利率li4lv4 = profit+frequency = interest (rates, payments). 利润li4run2 is Chinese for profits.
This one is basically saying someone in a mafia is waiting to collect the interest payments on their loans, probably on land (plow) so it's likely about Evergrand. But the mafia leader waiting for their interest payments is afraid, and possibly also aware, of a rat in their organization betraying them. Since 毛 is also 毛泽东 it's likely referring to a Maoist rat within a capitalist mafia i.e. a spy/infiltrator.
Maoist infiltrators have indeed penetrated the Evergrande finance group.
Whether rat juice here means rat piss, rat spunk, or rat shit I cannot say.
I didn't bother to list rat blood, because I knew it wasn't that.
