俗语“慈不掌兵、情不立事、义不理财、善不为官、仁不从政”何意
俗语 proverb, customary saying
慈不掌兵、
compassion [is] not [in the] hands [of] soldiers
情不立事、
love does not establish affairs
义不理财、
Justice knows not the logic of money
善不为官、
Virtue is not because of an office.
仁不从政”
Compassion does not follow state power.
These sayings mean:
1. The Russian army will not show mercy.
2. Affairs of state are not directed by love or compassion.
3. The Chinese law courts are incorruptible.
4. Those who hold a (lower) government post (whether within or outside China) may or may not be virtuous.
What that means is: the purges within the Chinese government shall continue.
Xi trusts the highest officials in his faction.
China cannot stop Russi, does not expect Russia to stop, and will not in any case try to stop Russia.
