Bar Exam Tip:

Mostly I think people fail because they don't understand what the law is OR how the test works. If you actually learn the law you should pass. There are optimization tricks: I didn't include this one in any of my books. Don't stare at your answer sheet noticing strings of the same answer and then go back and second guess. Yes, if you have 10 D answers in a row one is wrong. Maybe more. But guess what? You go back and change a right answer to the wrong one! Fail!
Instead, focus on each question, do your best at it, and then move on to the next. This is best both to budget your time and to avoid second guessing. Seems obvious to me but yeah if i were to rewrite any of it i would include that tip. Mostly I have to figure out why people failed. If you know the law you Should pass!
