China has Long known...

Since ancient times, China has seen, from bitter experience, its northern neighbors are savage barbarians, bloodthirsty killers, in short: uncivilized.

学如弓弩，才如箭镞

China doesn't back a loser. Why should China transfer munitions or weapons to war criminals, who might then use them against the Chinese people?
